Order confirmation

Orders are confirmed after successful payment or Cash on Delivery, where available. Confirmation is shared by SMS, WhatsApp or email.

Product availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and refund that item’s amount.

Pricing & shipping

Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours; delivery timing and any shipping charges are shown during checkout.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Cancellation is not accepted once an order has been shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligible returns

Returns are accepted for damaged, wrong, defective, or missing items. Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with clear product and packaging photos or video.

Non-returnable products

For hygiene and religious reasons, agarbatti, dhoop, kumkum, sindoor, haldi, chandan, pooja oils, ghee, food items, opened items, customised pooja kits, digital products and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds & exchanges

After inspection, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD refunds are via bank transfer or UPI. Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items, subject to availability.
